OOPS She did it again

OOPS! Another broken bone. Reilly broke two bones just below her wrist and needs her cast on for 4-6 weeks. She was sooo brave at the hospital and when she got the hard cast on. She is an "old hand" at it now!!!! She picked out blue!

Memorial Day Weekend

Here are a few pictures from our weekend away at Papa and Nana's cottage. The girls were very excited! They got to sleep in bunkbeds...they loved every minute of it...and did much better than I thought they would. They talked a bit and then went right to sleep ;0)

We went on a little trip to the Dells...The Lost Canyon. It was a carriage ride through a canyon...smelly (horses)...but beautiful. When we go back (camping) in July we will go the Deer Park in the Dells...the girls can't wait.

We are close to the Wisconsin Dells, close to Nana and Papa, but far enough away from everything to enjoy some real-woods-camping (and if the girls don't like it there is a playground and a pool ;0). Can't wait!

Somewhere over the Rainbow

This evening Reilly and Emily saw their first Rainbow! They were excited beyond belief. Emily's face was priceless. Reilly kept running from window to window to see it. Silly you might think...But considering that Emily's favorite song is "Somewhere over the Rainbow" and Reilly just asked a couple of days ago "Mom, how come we never get to see rainbows in our world?" and her favorite shirt is the rainbow T-shirt Grandma Judd gave her for Easter...this all makes this "little event" a big deal in our household ;0) Kids are so fun.

Emily's Smile

Sweet little Emily with her crazy little smile...Finally, a real one! I included both so you know what I am talking about! I loved her other smile too...it was just funny, with her scrunched up face and that silly head-tilt...every picture the same. I found one of me doing that at age 2, too...I must scan that in here to show you...Anyway, farewell to that silly head-tilt thing! (now take a few seconds to look through the old pics here...funny)

Mother's Day

Mother's Day...my wonderful husband got me an iPod! Yeah! The girls gave me the cutest pictures and card and wore pretty dresses for the occasion ;0) Grandma Judd and Auntie-Kerry joined us for lunch. Thanks to a terrible rain storm, Jimmy was grilling in the garage!

Phillips Park

We found this fun park here in the 'burbs...a small zoo, a huge playground, and a flower garden. The girls had fun. Only 10 minutes away.

Reilly singing in Church with her preschool class. That adorable boy beside her is Ryan. They always seem to be next to eachother, sitting beside eachother...maybe that is her boyfriend ;0) The girl in the white dress is Madeline...her closest friend at school. Reilly would tell you they are all her favorites though!

This is the second time she has done this. I included the video for this time (April)...and the last time (November). She was much more annimated last time ;0) (The one from November is first)

Museum of Science and Industry

A trip to the city to the Science and Industry Museum...and pizza with Grandma Judd and Dan! The girls have been asking non-stop to go to the city and do all the things we used to do...they had a blast.

Reilly dressed herself this day (ie. picked out her cloths). She was so proud. I felt the need to announce it to the parents and teachers at her school that day so they didn't think I purposely did this ;0)
