Halloween 2012

The Judds decided to dress as Star Wars characters this year. Our first "family" costume party.

 Princess Leia, Darth Vader, Yoda

I am a Jedi. Good Jedi...but I am holding Emmy's "bad" light saber.

Yoda!!!! He waited so long to be Yoda!

Ali and Reilly being skeletons.

Jim was Darth Maul...can't see but he has a cape too. He lasted a whole 10 minutes in costume. This is awesome for him ;0) Poop-head!

Reilly's is in front...Emmy's in middle...ming lit up in back with Jimmy's decorated beside mine. Jim opted not to carve his this year. Poop-head again!

Reilly's party at school. Her group dressed her up as a mummy in toilet paper as a game.

Emmy's party at school. Love, Love, Love that she was Darth Vader!!!!

Is it really October 24th!!!

Good thing I didn't pack up the shorts yet!!! A warm day...almost 80 degrees I think.

(check out this kid's form!)

I posted this one so you could see how tall Jimmy is getting compared to Emmy. It is nuts.

Rewards!

Rainbow sherbert reward for awesome report cards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before you accuse me of not giving any to Jimmy...he didn't like it so I gave him m&ms instead ;0) He still doesn't care for things that are cold.

Jimmy Beastie Boy

This video is from May. Jim tried to post it then but because of the graphic song it wasn't allowed on YouTube. Yes, he chooses to let Jimmy listen to a litte Beastie Boys when I am out. Here was the result.

I have to post our most recent dance parties. They are becoming a pretty regular!

A few movies of Jimmy

Well, it has been about a month or so of him riding more that a few pushes. Jim took off the bar for us to push him around on the back a few weeks ago and now he rides on his own all the time. Here is a little movie of him going for a bit.

I also did a short movie of him playing basketball. He loves it as much as hockey. I am not sure what to do when he gets older...he loves hockey and basketball and football and baseball...He can't do them all!!! ;0) I will try to get a movie of him playing football with Jim. It is funny. He tackles and all.

Scarecrow Festival 2012

It was the coldest day of Fall so far...but we had a fun family night. Also, the festival was much bigger this year. Went a couple years ago when I was pregnant with Jimmy and we didn't have to walk as much (I would have remembered that!).

Scarecrow fom The Wizard of Oz

The kids thought this one looked like Chewbacka. If you haven't realized it yet...the kids are obsessed with Star Wars right now.

My personal favorite...reflection on the nationwide drought we had...notice the scarecrow holding a wateringcan...I forget whatelse...I just know I had a good laugh at the creativity

Yes, Jimmy actually went on this ride without me...to my surprise...loved it and went on another one after throwing a fit because he really wanted to ride a firetruck!

My visitors wore me out!

Had an awesome visit with my bestie. Gained 10 pounds due to her chef of a boyfriend! Loved being a tourist again.

Stopped by the spot where Jimmy proposed. This is obviously not the exact spot but the marker at the pier that I noticed when looking at the view after he asked...

Jimmy's Little Learners Class

He is the biggest kid in class. Not the oldest...but the biggest. This time he is still shy but a lot more animated (we have been in the class for 4-5 sessions, about a year or so), he plays with the kids more and high-fives his teacher. All very big strides for him. He is a pretty shy kid...especially with adults.

Wish I had pics of him playing basketball or hockey. The other parents always comment and either stand back and watch in awe...or remove their little girls from the area ;0)
