Sox game

Well, we try to go at least once a season with all of us. Sitting in Club seats means mom will actually go. We tailgated this time. It was a really nice night.

This is how I like to tailgate...being served by my hubby.

The only Sox fan that doesn't want them to get homeruns. Homerun = fireworks = scared Jimmy.

NIU football game

We went with a bunch of friends to the Northern Illinois University football game. Jim's college. All his college buddies and families. Tailgating. It was fun and a nice day.

Someone was bored.

This is inside the basketball arena. Jimmy wants to go to a bball game next ;0)

We attempted the Waterpark vacation...

So we did it...the big Waterpark vacation that every family seems to do around here. Well, it went well. The kids had an absolute blast. The weather held out and it was worth the dollars. I do have to admit I most likely won't do this again. Once is enough. I am so sore. Crowds and crazy kids...you can only take so much ;0) But again, kids had fun so that is all that matters. And the fact that Mom and Dad went up on the "COOL" scale with all the crazy rides we did!!!!

kids had their own room...Jimmy was excited to be on the top bunk...

Jimmy's first day of preschool!!!!

No tears!!!! He says he wants to go back!!! Finally a kid of mine that loves school. He is just like me ;0)

I wish you could read this. It was really cute filling it out with Jimmy. I asked him all the questions and put down exactly what he said.

Reilly's Birthday...A Picnic Party

The coveted iPod Touch from Grandma and Grandpy. She opened it up at her family birthday.

The kid party was the next weekend. 8 girls and "picnic" themed.

She didn't want cake so we had these ricekrispie pops I made with ice cream. They were good. Melted chocolate on top.

We made lanterns

The girls took home mini baskets with bandanas, a krispie-pop, the lantern they made and a few prizes from the games.
